QRIS-Based Financial Technology Implementation for Payment Transformation at Mie Ayam Langganan MSME

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the implementation of Financial Technology (Fintech), particularly the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), in supporting digital payment transformation at Mie Ayam Langganan MSME in Bandar Lampung.
Research Methodology: This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach through field observations and semi-structured interviews with the business owner and employees. Data on payment methods, customer preferences, and perceptions of QRIS implementation were analyzed descriptively.
Results: The findings indicate that the MSME still relies mainly on cash transactions despite increasing customer demand for cashless payments. Although bank transfers are accepted, QRIS has not been implemented because of concerns regarding transaction security, particularly fraudulent payment confirmations. Educational activities on QRIS features, transaction verification, and payment security improved the owner's understanding and willingness to adopt QRIS. Its implementation is expected to improve transaction efficiency, financial recordkeeping, and customer satisfaction.
Conclusions: QRIS has significant potential to accelerate digital payment transformation among MSMEs through improved efficiency, security, and financial inclusion.
Limitations: This study involved only one MSME in Bandar Lampung; therefore, the findings cannot be generalized.
Contributions: This study provides practical recommendations for MSME owners and policymakers to encourage wider QRIS adoption through digital financial literacy and continuous assistance.

Strengthening Digital Legal Literacy for Cybercrime Prevention in Ngadiluwih Village

Purpose: This community service program aimed to strengthen digital legal literacy as a preventive approach to cybercrime in Ngadiluwih Village, Magelang Regency, Indonesia.
Research Methodology: The program involved 30 community participants and used a participatory community-based educational approach through legal counselling, interactive discussion, contextual problem analysis, and collective reflection. The program focuses on legal awareness, digital literacy, information verification, digital ethics, and cybersecurity awareness.
Results: The implementation demonstrated that participatory legal education provides a practical mechanism for connecting legal knowledge with participants’ everyday digital experiences and cyber-related risks. Based on the implementation process and reflection, the study proposes the Community-Based Digital Legal Literacy (CBDLL) Model, which integrates community digital risks, community-based legal education, five dimensions of digital legal literacy, preventive capacity, and community resilience to cybercrime.
Conclusions: Community-based digital legal education can serve as an important component of cybercrime prevention in rural communities by strengthening individuals’ capacity to recognize and respond to digital risks in the future.
Limitations: The program relied primarily on qualitative observations and did not employ standardized pre- and post-test instruments. It involved only 30 participants from one rural community, and the CBDLL Model has not yet been evaluated through longitudinal or comparative implementation.
Contributions: This study contributes a practice-based conceptual framework for integrating legal education and digital literacy into community-level cybercrime prevention and provides a practical reference for stakeholders developing sustainable digital legal literacy programs in rural communities.

Edukasi dan Sosialisasi Penggunaan QRIS UMKM melalui Kunjungan Industri di Bakso Putra Nekad Bandar Lampung

Purpose: This community service program aims to improve Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises' (MSMEs) understanding of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), strengthen awareness of digital transaction security, and restore trust in digital payment systems after experiences of digital fraud.
Research Methodology: The program was conducted at Bakso Putra Nekad MSME in Rajabasa, Bandar Lampung, Indonesia. Activities included observation, interviews, educational sessions, discussions, and evaluation. Data were collected through interviews and field observations of QRIS implementation. Materials were delivered through presentations and discussions, including QRIS Soundbox for real-time transaction notifications. Program effectiveness was assessed through pre-test and post-test results and observations of participant responses.
Results: Participants' understanding of QRIS increased from 40% before the program to 85% after the intervention, while understanding of digital transaction security improved from 30% to 75%. Participants also gained practical knowledge of fraud prevention strategies and demonstrated readiness to re-implement QRIS as a secure and efficient digital payment method in daily business operations.
Conclusion: The program successfully enhanced digital financial literacy, improved awareness of transaction security, and increased MSMEs' confidence in adopting QRIS as a reliable digital payment system.
Limitations: This program involved only one MSME, limiting the generalizability of the findings. In addition, the short evaluation period did not allow assessment of the long-term sustainability of QRIS implementation.
Contribution: The findings provide practical insights for academics, policymakers, and MSMEs in developing more effective QRIS education and digital payment security programs while supporting the digital transformation of MSMEs.

Pelatihan Pembuatan Pupuk Berbahan Eco-Enzyme Sebagai Upaya Mendukung Pertanian Terintegrasi

Purpose: This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of members of the Orchid Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Tegal Yoso Village in processing household organic waste into liquid organic fertilizer made from eco-enzymes to support the integrated farming system of the Garden-Cage-Pond pattern.
Research Methodology: The method used is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) through the stages of problem identification, counseling, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), demonstration, practice of making eco-enzymes, and pre-test and post-test
Results: The results of the activity showed that the training was able to improve the knowledge and skills of participants in the manufacture and application of eco-enzyme fertilizers
Conclusions:. The evaluation showed that 80% of participants were in the category of very understanding, 15% understood, and 5% understood enough after the training, while there were no more participants in the category of not understanding or not understanding.
Limitations: In addition to enhancing participant capacity, this activity produces a liquid organic fertilizer made from eco-enzymes ready for use in plant cultivation and encourages the productive use of organic waste.
Contributions: This program contributes to supporting environmentally friendly integrated agriculture, increasing the independence of farmer groups, and can be replicated in other communities with similar characteristics.

Strengthening Sustainable and Responsible Creative Economy Literacy among Vocational High School Students

Purpose: This community service program aimed to strengthen vocational high school students’ literacy in developing sustainable and responsible creative economy businesses.
Research Methodology: The two-day participatory program involved 50 Grade XI Accounting students and combined short lectures, guided discussions, group exercises, market feedback, Business Model Canvas development, and break-even-point calculations. Learning outcomes were evaluated descriptively using a one-group pre-test–post-test design and paired t-tests.
Results: The class mean increased from 50 to 90, representing a 40-point increase, an 80% relative improvement, and a normalized gain of 0.80.
Conclusions: The results indicate substantial program-associated improvement and show the practical value of integrating creativity, market validation, sustainability, business modeling and accounting competence in vocational learning.
Limitations: Individual paired scores, dispersion measures, validated instrument evidence, and a comparison group were unavailable; therefore, the findings should not be interpreted as causal.
Contributions: The program offers an applied framework for embedding material efficiency, waste reduction, product safety, honest marketing, transparent records, financial feasibility, and customer feedback into students’ business models.

Manajemen Usaha dan Kewirausahaan Berbasis Sumber Daya Laut di Kampung Soryar, Papua

Purpose: This community service program aimed to strengthen the initial knowledge and capacity of the Soryar Village community, Biak Numfor Regency, to develop marine resource-based enterprises through business management, entrepreneurship, value-added processing, simple financial management, product packaging and branding, and digital marketing.
Research Methodology: The program used interactive lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and practice. A one-group pretest-posttest design assessed four knowledge indicators through descriptive percentage comparisons.
Results: Knowledge of business management increased from 10% to 80%, marine processing from 5% to 70%, product packaging from 10% to 75%, and online marketing from 25% to 60%, which remained the lowest post-program achievement.
Conclusions: The integrated program improved participants’ immediate knowledge in all evaluated areas and provided an initial foundation for developing value-added marine-based household enterprises in Soryar Village.
Limitations: The evaluation measured immediate knowledge change without a control group; therefore, it does not establish causal effects or longer-term improvements in income, sales, business formation, or welfare.
Contributions: The program offers a practical integrated empowerment model combining production, business management, entrepreneurship, financial management, packaging, branding, and digital marketing for coastal communities.
